Delivery and Refunds

At Big Pot Little Pot we aim to get your order to you within two weeks. At busier times like Christmas this lead time may be extended but we will keep you up to date with expected delivery times. If you are local to Shropshire and would prefer to collect or arrange a local delivery please email us at hello@bigpotlittlepot.co.uk.

P&P is FREE. 

We hope you are going to love your pot but if there are any problems please email us in the first instance. All pots are handmade and hand painted, so they will all be different and some imperfections will exist due to the making process. 

If you do wish to return please package your pot suitably and return to the address we email to you within 14 days with your original delivery note. Return postage costs are non-refundable.
